When you complete a purchase, you will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Digital products may be delivered through a download link, email or your Wrenegade Studios customer account.

4. Digital Delivery
4.1 Immediate Downloads
Most of our digital products are intended to be available immediately or shortly after an order has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.
Depending on the product and website functionality, you may receive access through an order confirmation page, an email containing a download link or your customer account.
Some products may require additional processing or have a specified release date. Where this applies, the relevant information will be displayed before purchase.
4.2 Download Links
Download links may be subject to technical restrictions imposed by our ecommerce platform, including download limits or expiry periods.
Any material restrictions will be explained before purchase where applicable.
We recommend downloading purchased products promptly and keeping a personal backup.
4.3 Download Problems
If you do not receive your download link, cannot access your purchased product or experience another delivery problem, please contact us at:
Include your order number and the name of the affected product.
We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance, including restoring access or supplying a replacement file where necessary.
5. File Formats and Compatibility
Our digital products are primarily supplied as PDF documents, although other formats may be offered.
The relevant product page will identify the file format and any significant technical requirements.
5.1 PDF Documents
PDF products generally require a compatible PDF reader.
Some interactive character sheets and other documents contain editable fields, calculations or additional functionality that may not work correctly in every PDF reader.
Where a particular application is required or recommended for full functionality, we will identify this in the product description or accompanying instructions.
5.2 Device Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software meet any clearly stated compatibility requirements before purchase.
However, if a product does not meet the compatibility claims made in its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation Rights for Digital Products
UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content purchased online, subject to the legal rules concerning immediate supply.
Where you request access to paid digital content before the cancellation period expires, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your normal right to cancel once supply begins.
Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and digital supply has begun, your normal right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind will generally end.
We will provide the required confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as your order confirmation email.
If the legal requirements for removing the cancellation right have not been satisfied, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Losing the normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to comply with consumer law.
7. Refunds and Faulty Digital Products
We are responsible for supplying digital products that meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
Digital products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose where applicable and as described.
If a purchased digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially incomplete or cannot reasonably be accessed in its advertised format, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, working replacement or another suitable remedy.
Under UK consumer law, you may be entitled to repair or replacement of faulty digital content.
Where repair or replacement is impossible, cannot be provided within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction. Depending on the circumstances, this may amount to a full refund.
Where a statutory refund is due under the digital-content provisions, we will provide it without undue delay and within the legally required period.
For further information, please see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
8. Accidental Purchases and Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally purchase a digital product or purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the digital content has not yet been supplied, you may be able to cancel the order under your statutory cancellation rights.
Where immediate supply has already begun following valid consent and acknowledgement, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right will generally have ended.
We may consider accidental or duplicate purchases on a case-by-case basis, without affecting your statutory rights.
9. Free Digital Products
Wrenegade Studios may make selected digital resources available free of charge.
These may include character sheets, introductory rulebooks, promotional adventures, previews and other resources.
Free products remain subject to applicable copyright, intellectual property and licensing conditions.
Providing your email address to receive or access a free product does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive marketing communications.
Where marketing consent is requested, it will be presented separately.
If you experience difficulty accessing a free product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
10. Personal Use and Licensing
Unless a product includes a different licence, purchasing or downloading a Wrenegade Studios digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal tabletop gaming use.
You may download purchased files to your personal devices, retain reasonable backup copies and print materials for personal use.
You may also reproduce player-facing character sheets, handouts and similar resources where reasonably necessary for use within your private gaming group.
Unless expressly permitted by a product-specific licence or applicable law, you may not sell, commercially reproduce, publicly redistribute or upload complete digital products to file-sharing platforms.
You must not remove copyright notices or present our protected creative material as your own.
For further information about permitted use, please see our Intellectual Property & Trademark Policy.
11. Updates and Revised Editions
We may occasionally update digital products to correct errors, clarify rules, improve formatting or address technical and accessibility issues.
Where an update is required to bring a purchased product into conformity with the contract, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Other updates and revised editions may be released at our discretion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing one edition of a digital product does not automatically entitle you to every subsequent edition, expansion or separately released product without additional charge.
Where updated files are made available to existing customers, we may provide them through an updated download link, customer account or another suitable method.
12. Pre-Orders and Unreleased Digital Products
We may occasionally offer digital products for pre-order before their release date.
Where this applies, the product page will identify the item as a pre-order and provide an estimated release date or delivery period where reasonably possible.
If you purchase a digital pre-order, the product will normally become available on or around its announced release date.
If you wish to cancel before digital supply begins, please contact us.
If a product is substantially delayed or cannot be supplied, we will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law.
13. International Purchases
Our digital products may be available to customers outside the United Kingdom.
Prices, applicable taxes and available payment methods may vary according to your location and the arrangements used by our ecommerce platform.
Where international sales are permitted, we will comply with applicable requirements concerning the taxes we are responsible for collecting.
Mandatory consumer protections in your country may provide additional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by this policy.
14. Products Purchased Through Third Parties
This policy primarily applies to products obtained directly through the Wrenegade Studios website.
If you purchase a Wrenegade Studios digital product through another retailer, marketplace or distribution platform, your purchase may also be subject to that provider's terms and procedures.
Your contract of sale will normally be with the retailer identified as the seller during your purchase.
If you experience a technical problem with one of our products purchased elsewhere, you may still contact us. We will assist where reasonably possible.
15. Data Protection
We may process personal information necessary to manage digital purchases, deliver downloads, provide customer support, administer refunds and maintain customer accounts.
Further information about how we collect, use and protect personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Digital Product Policy to reflect changes to our products, ecommerce services, technical arrangements or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be available on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you have under an existing purchase contract or applicable consumer law.
17. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces your statutory consumer rights.
Depending on the circumstances, these rights may arise under legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If there is any conflict between this policy and a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right takes priority.
